Dear PSCCC Parents and Friends,
Our beloved babysitter, Jackie, is moving with her family out of state in mid-June, and we are looking for a part-time babysitter starting anywhere from June 1 to July 1 until at least the end of the summer. If the relationship works out and the person is available and willing, we would love to continue on with him or her into the school year.
Jackie currently works for us between 12 to 25 hours per week—this includes picking up our son, Theo (a Rainbow), three days a week, plus she works one late weeknight per week and often one weekend evening. At a minimum, we are looking for someone who is available to work about 10 to 12 hours per week from about 3:30 to 7 on three weekdays (the days can be flexible). If they’re able to work closer to 15 to 20, that would be ideal, but not necessary.
If you know of anyone, or have recommendations (aside from SitterCity, which we will use if necessary, but we are really eager to find someone personally vetted by this wonderful community), please send them our way. We’ve had Jackie in our lives since Theo was a baby, so this is a tough one. Thank you so much!!
