Lots of volunteering happening at the Collective – International Food Day, Open House, Office Help – and I want to be sure you are reporting your hours.
If you help out at an event, in the office, or on a committee, you must report your hours by sending an email to work@psccc.org with the following info:
Your name
Date of Work
Work you did
# of hours
For example, if you worked at the Open House on Saturday, you will send an email like this afterwards: “Penny Lewis, 12/5/2015, helped at Open House, 1.5 hours.”
Please let me know if you have any questions – and thanks for all great work to help the Collective!
