Dear Families,
Please join us at the Collective on Thursday, January 15 at 6:15 PM, for an informational meeting on early childhood education, public PreK, and what brain research tells us about the best ways for children to learn. Our presenters will be Beth Ferholt, professor of Early Childhood Education at Brooklyn College, and Abby Kerlin, an early childhood educator and consultant. Beth and Abby are parents at the Collective (parents of Bears Judah and Merritt, respectively) and serve on our Board of Directors.
We estimate the meeting will last about 1 hour, and babysitting (Mae and Carmen) will be available for $10/child.
