Dear PSCCC families,
In preparation for the first day of school next Tuesday, I understand Martha (Ed Director) has been in touch with new families about your child’s phase-in and home visit schedules. I have attached a document listing the important items for your child’s first day. (Thanks for the parent who pointed out that it was missing from the enrollment packet.) Please take note of what to bring the first day and most of the items will be stored in your child’s cubby. Please regularly check the cubby for items that may need replenishing or replacing during the school year. And please label all your child’s belongings. Just this past July, a parent was trying to locate their child’s shoes; there happened to be several pairs of the same make and color in different sizes. It took about 2-3 weeks and several emails for one pair to find its owner and not so sure about the rest. Please, please label your child’s belongings with his/her name to diminish confusion.
