Hey PSCCC Community,

With the benefit just a week away (Sat 3/16, 6-10pm), we need more volunteers.  So, if you have been meaning to get more involved or are (ahem) behind on your Sat shifts, plz let me know how you might plug in.  

For those who have already offered your help (from my last email) – thank you! I will be in touch in the next day or two with details/options.

Here’s what’s still needed:

Bartenders:  If you have bartending experience and would take an hour shift, let me know.  Some cocktail-slinging parents have expressed interest. If we have enough to staff two bars, we will forego hiring bartenders for the evening. We want everyone to mostly be in and enjoy the party, so just let me know.   

Silent Auction Event Point Person (or two): Eliot Yaxley has done a tremendous job of coordinating the acquisition of items (thank you!). Now, 1 or 2 people are needed to oversee the auction. This is a chunk of work (to prep items, setup, monitor, process winners and thank donors), and I’m willing to help too.     

Photographers:  Great if we can have 2-3 people with skills and decent cameras take photos and post them somewhere for parents to download and for use on the psccc website.   
 
Event Staffing (setup, cleanup, event):  Plz let me know which shift(s) you can do, and if you have a car to use, if needed:

2-4 pm Early pickups and deliveries to space – need big car, SUV or van.
3-5 pm Bring supplies to the space
4-6pm Setup
5:30-7pm Registration or help w/ silent auction
7-8pm                ”           “
8-9pm                ”           “
9-10pm  Wrap up auction
10-11pm Packing up/transporting items back to the Collective
