Dear Families,
A few important announcements:
1) As explained at Orientation, the Department of Health now requires that we keep on file the addresses (along with the names, phone numbers, and relationship to your family) of any person you have authorized to pick up your child. If you haven’t already, please pick up the new form in the office.
2) Please remember to sign in AND sign out your child every day – and to phone or email us by 10:00am if your child will be absent. And please let any sitters, etc., know about the sign out policy, too.
3) Please always use the email remychild@psccc.org to let Lauren and me know if your child will be absent, late, etc. Lauren and I both receive emails to that address, therefore your email will definitely be read and noted by whomever is in the office at that moment in the day.
