Dear Collective Families,
The Department of Health – Bureau of Day Care has recently issued several new regulations, including the requirement that every day care center must have an official sign-out sheet.
Starting tomorrow (Wednesday, July 1), there will be a separate sign-out sheet, adjacent to the sign-in sheet, in the sign-in book. Going forward, you or your child’s caregiver/sitter MUST sign your child out every day at pick-up by signing the sign-out sheet and putting down the time of pick-up.
