My 4 1/2 year old son, Kiran, will be a Bear starting in Sept.!, and we are looking for a responsible, dependable, and caring babysitter to pick him up from PSCCC, walk him home, and babysit him until we get home. This commitment would be for an hour or so, from around 5:30pm to 6:30pm, for 1-4 nights a week, so what would probably work best would be a nearby nanny who gets off work around5:15, or a college/grad student who has a flexible schedule. We live at the corner of Garfield Place and 8th Avenue, about a 10-15 minute walk from PSCCC. We would also be interested in joining a babysitter-share if there are any PSCCC families who live near us and whose sitter would be willing to bring our son home along with your child.
