Hi Everyone,
Just a friendly reminder to purchase/reserve your tickets to the gala if you haven’t already. The 3rd Annual PSCCC Gala & Auction will take place Saturday March 29th from 7-11pm, at the Prospect Park Picnic House. The evening will include a full bar, buffet dinner, and entertainment by Afro-Carribbean Roots + Jazz Band BADINBA featuring our very own Monica Ortiz Rossi (Lincoln, Rainbows).
Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased by check, cc via paypal, or added to your tuition invoice http://psccc.org/2014-winter-benefit/. Funds raised will benefit our Tuition Assistance program to help ensure economic diversity within our school. We truly hope you can make it! Not only will it be a fun party for a wonderful cause, but it’ll be great to spend time with everyone outside of the school walls. AND… CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS! As you might have suspected, we could use some help on the event day, particularly:
- Event set-up (4-7pm)
- Greeting guests (6:45-8pm)
- Helping with the auction during the event (ongoing throughout the night)
- Auction check-out (9:30-11:30pm)
- Event breakdown (10:30-midnight)
- Floaters
