Dear PSCCC Community,
The Annual Kindergarten Forum, an event that has a long tradition at PSCCC, is continuing! The Kindergarten Forum is an opportunity for families to learn about public Kindergarten options in Brooklyn. This year we will begin the evening with a panel of public school parents to talk about and answer questions about the Kindergarten admissions and tour process. We will then have representatives – most of them PSCCC alum families – from at least 12 schools available at individual tables to answer questions about Kindergarten at their school.
Mark your calendars: the Forum will take place on Monday, November 16, 6:30-8:00pm at PSCCC. The evening will begin with the panel from 6:30-7:15pm, followed by the school representatives available from 7:15-8:00pm. Unfortunately, we can’t provide childcare for attending families due to space restrictions.
The event is both a community service and a fundraiser with a suggested family donation of $10 to the PSCCC Scholarship Fund.
Please join us – and help spread the word! Email the attached flier to your network. Let your friends and neighbors know! Fliers are also available in the PSCCC office if you’d like to put up a printed flier in your library, community center, church, supermarket, or anywhere else.
