ISO: Short-term mother’s helper in evenings (2-3 weeks only)
I’m looking for a short-term mother’s helper to work with me in the evenings for the next 3 weeks, starting 10/27 in Prospect Heights. I need someone who can help with my 1 month-old daughter and 3 year-old son from approximately 6 – 8:30 at night.
I will be home the entire time, so the person can be relatively young. A mature teenager who has solid experience with children would be fine (either through babysitting or siblings).
I’m looking for someone who is prompt, warm, attentive, comfortable tending to a newborn and has the energy to play with a preschooler. I am still recovering from a c-section and need an extra hand to either help with the baby or play with my 3 year-old while I get through dinner, bath time, bedtime, etc.
There is some flexibility on days and times. I’m generally looking for someone who can do most nights M-F, for 2-3 weeks, but this could be flexible too.
