Hi Bears Parents,
I’ve noticed some confusion about the sign-in book. The columns that ask for “Take Home Person” and “Time Out” are for you, in the morning at drop-off, to write down who is picking up your child and the anticipated time of pick-up. That way we know who is coming and at what time. (Children often ask us for this info as well when they see classmates being picked up before them.)
Please be aware that you only sign your child in. You do not sign out – but do make sure you say good-bye to a teacher so we know that your child is with you and under your care.
Finally, please arrive for pick up no later than 5:55. This way you’ll have time to gather your child and belongings before the Collective closes at 6:00.
