Some items/volunteers needed for Saturday’s picnic!

Thanks to all of you who have already volunteered for the annual picnic this Saturday, July 23, at Mount Prospect Park, 11am-2pm.

We are reaching out to let you know that we are still in need of some more items/volunteers:

-a volunteer (or 2) to transport two folding tables from the Collective to the park and return them during clean up

–food–especially main courses, salads and drinks (remember, no nuts!)

-some of the extra items would be great to have (extra folding table, cooler with ice, Ziploc bags or containers for leftovers)

We encourage you to bring a blanket or sheet to sit on as well as any toys or games to entertain the kids (soccer, stomp rockets, etc).
